We are building The Shyft to be accessible to as many young people as possible.

Not all families are in a position to fund additional support at this stage. We don’t believe that should be a barrier to taking part.

Our Pay It Forward model allows individuals and organisations to contribute towards funded places on our programmes.

Each contribution directly supports a young person to take part in structured, work-based sessions that build routine, responsibility, and real-world skills.
